Every Havenbrook home is a single-family residence in a regular Tennessee neighborhood. Residents share meals, living spaces, and routines — with trained caregivers present around the clock. We are licensed as Level 2 Adult Care Homes by the Tennessee Department of Health.
Real homes, not institutions. Residents bring personal belongings, choose their own daily rhythms, and form genuine community with housemates.
An awake, trained caregiver is present at all times. Medication management, personal care, meals — every need met with consistency and dignity.
Havenbrook accepts TennCare CHOICES, private pay, and VA benefits — so finances don't prevent access to quality care.
